Blog Rules

1. Keep your comments short. When your comments are longer than the blog, that’s too long. I am sure you are very interesting and have some really nice things to say, but you can get your own blog.

2. Do not copy and paste previous comments or blogs which were not written directly in response to material on THIS blog. It will be evident when this happens, because some of the material will not match up exactly. If you’re going to engage, do it personally; not in a careless, “copy and paste” fashion.

3. In everything, be courteous and respectful. This doesn’t mean that you agree with the blog content. It simply means that, in disagreement, remember that we are united in Christ. Let’s act like it.

4. Do not spam a post with comments one right after the other. One comment at a time is helpful. Multiple comments in a row is annoying.

5. Try not to use this blog as a forum. While I don’t mind you engaging each other, there is a fine line between this and the post turning into a forum thread. Ideally, comments will be primarily directed toward the author of the blog post.

6. Use your real name. Anonymous comments and online aliases may be cute on various forum threads; however, it is not acceptable here. If you can't put your name on your ideas, you probably need to rethink them.

7. Keep things on topic!!

THIS BLOG IS MODERATED. THEREFORE, IF YOUR COMMENT DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE GUIDELINES IT WILL NOT BE POSTED.
